RETURN POLICY

Exchanges & Returns:

All orders placed are custom orders. Custom made items are not able to be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All sales are final.

Perishable goods such as food, sauces, salts, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All sales are final.

Sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or refunded. All sales final. 

KING face masks are not devices intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease and do not meet the definition of a medical device as set forth in section 201(h) of the FD&C Act. KING face makes are personal use item and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales final.

- Some health and personal care items 

Shipping:

In the event of a return or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the event of a package being returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to reroute the package to the final address.
