I made my way to the Fatted Calf charcuterie in Hayes Valley this morning for the first time. What a great neighborhood butcher shop to purchase in-house sausages, pates, and cured salumi. It’s a bit pricy, but I’m sure it makes up in quality. I picked up some pork fennel sausage links for dinner. Excited to try them out!
